    was the Observatory of Mayan people (500AD - 900AD). It has 8 windows at the
    top of the central tower and
    top opening to observe stars at 8 directions (north, west, south, east and four more
    in between) and top. How about compared to Chum-Sung-Dae in Kyungju, Korea, which
    was also an old Observatory built at almost same time?
