Mauritius is a small island (about 45 minutes drive from northern tip to southern tip) in Indian Ocean at almost same latitude as Hawaii but in south of equator. It is very similar to Hawaii and vacation land for rich South Africans and Europeans. Many jumbo jets are arriving from South Africa and most major European countries every day.
